Yes. Today I got the Email (2 for me and 2 for my wife) from USCIS with the word, we all wanted “APPROVED”. Oh man, what a relief.

My GC process – Ups and Downs

Jan. 1998 - Labor applied (regular)
Dec. 2000 - Labor cleared (State)
Jan. 2001 - RFE from federal for labor
- Employer does not have any papers or proof to reply for the RFE
- Finally abandoned this in March 2001.
April 2001 - Labor applied from Philly (RIR)
- Labor processing in April (was taking app. 6 months to
process 2/3 days application) was taking more than one year and it
never touched my date
April 2002 - Applied I140 through another company
with substituted labor
(Never worked for this company)
Aug 2002 - Applied I485,EAD, AP (Concurrent filing)
Sept 2002 - Approved Ist EAD and AP
Oct 2002 - 1st FP
Non 2002 - Approved I140 (No RFE)
Feb 2003 - H1B 6 Year limit over and started using EAD
June 2003 - Applied 2nd EAD and AP
July 2003 - Applied AR11
Aug 2003 - Approved 2nd EAD and AP
June 2004 - Applied 3rd EAD
June 2004 - 2nd FP
July16, 2004 - APPROVED I485 (No RFE)
