I filed I-485 with RD June 2, 2005 when I was single. I-140 is approved. I got married in March 2006 and filed my wife's 485 in April 2006. Also, my PD is current, not in retrogression. I did my FP on April 5, 2006 (online status still hasn't changed). My wife hasn't got her FP notice yet.
Current processing times for I-485 is Nov 16, 2005, but now I'm wondering if my application will be adjudicated when CA processing dates reach my wife's RD, which is April 2006 (since we should be processed together)?
I thought: "Derivative applicant's I-485 will be adjudicated the same time as the principal's." Doesn't that mean her application should be picked up as soon mine is OR will it be the other way now? So what should I expect now?
