Is LUD changes when u make status enquiry ?

my LUD changed today for making status enquiry and recd an email as under

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to
Adjust Status

Current Status:

On September 14, 2004, we responded to your request for more information
concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

If the message itself changed for status enquiry, then what do you mean by "Will LUD changes ????"

LUD also changes for couple of other reasons.
I think the following reasons also hold good.
i)After FP2 results received.
ii)After assigned to a officer and if he didn't approve on that day itself.
That's why you see LUD change, no status message change.
iii) After assigned to another adjusticator from one adjusticator due to various reasons.
 
Status message also changed as under from REF response recd.
