Hi,
My wife got an offer and the company is now going to apply for another H1-B for her (she is going to be laid off from current company soon). At mean time I am going to file I-485 as well as EAD for my wife. Is that legal to apply for H1 and EAD at the same time? What should I do about this? Your help is highly appreciated.
