Is LC transferable to another company

Hi,

My company has sponsored my GC and my LC appln has been sent to IL SESA in October.

Recently, my company has run into rough waters with cash flow problems; typical small company problems.

If I get my LC approved, can I transfer it to some other company upon getting a job there? or will I have to start the process all over again?

Any input is appreciated.

You can't transfer LC to another company, you have to start over again.

I confirmed the same with my lawyer. in short if the company does not come back on track, i m in deep doo-doo
