Is Lawyer needed...

Hi Everyone..I am new to this forum ..I just got married to U.S.citizen and my spouse is filing for my GC.we are about to start the process, so we were wondering if we need a lawyer to file a GC.

The other question is right now I am living with my husband and recently i got job offer which i would be starting in October 2005..so when I file which adress i need to write?..and what are dates I need to write like for Question FROM ...TO?
Please help..thank you

If you have not done anything wrong and you think your case is straight forward and if you can read the instructions properly then you don't need a lawyer.
Couldn't understand your second Q.

Thanks for your reply amishah..I mean that if I move to other state after 2 months and I include the adress I am living right now on the forms..will it be a problem..?
