I am on L2 visa. My husband in on L1 visa. Our visas and I-94 are expiring on 10th apr 2006.
My husbands company is going to apply for I-94 extention in Apr-06. Our extended I-94 will come june or jul-06.
And now I need to go India for marriage ceremony.
So my question are
1)Can my husbands company apply for my I-94 extention when I am not in US?
2)If my I-94 is extended ,do i need to go for visa stamping in India?
3)If answre for Q-1 & 2 is NO ,wether i can come back on 8th apr 2006? My visa & I-94 is expring on 10th apr 2006.
