Can you all please help out on this ?
I am on L1B visa with the following details :
1. L1B visa expiration date : 3rd April 2006
2. I-94 expiration date : 24th Nov 2006
3. L1B petition expiry date : 24th Nov 2006
My wife is supposed to join me in June 2006 when my L1B visa will have expired but NOT my petition or I-94.
My question is : Am I required to file an I-94 extension in order for my wife to process her L2 visa ?
It would be great if you could provide an answer to this. This is urgent because based on the replies, I will have to decide whether to file an I-94 extension or not.
