Hi All,
I have a situation I filed my green card with a company which I have been working for last 6 years and my I-140 got approved and have EAD and AP. Now my project at client place is getting over this week and I got a permanent job opportunity with another employer, when I asked my employer he is saying he will support my I-485 even if I change the job. I was just wondering how can I change the employer with out filing AC21? What are the risk factors I should know?
