Hi,
My employer filed my labor from pittsburgh.He had company head quater in texas. We had two options. We could either file my I 140/I485 from either vermont or texas.
We wanted to file from vermont only but stupid lawyer made a mistake and filed from texas instead even after we told him to file from vermont and now it seems like texas is very slow. I'm wondering if I can transfer my file from texas to vermont.Has anyone done anything like this before & IS IT WORTH DOING THAT?
