Is it wise to do medical before RFE????

Is it good Idea to go ahead & do the TB test & take
vaccinations in advance as my wife could not do that
at the time we filed our 485 as she was pragnent.We
might get RFE for that as our PD is current now.

PD 8/98 485 RD 8/99 ND 9/99 FP 8/00 EB3 INDIA.

Sure. My wife also could not do the TB test before and there was a RFE. Ask the Doctor to file a new medical form and do all the tests. Then get the form in a sealed envelope and either keep it with you or mail it to Lawyer..

It may not be necessary. You may not get an RFE for her medical again(atleast not in mycase). But if you are willing to take vaccinations and are not planning for one more kid in near future you can go ahead and take it.
