Is it true that the approval is around the corner only when LUD stopped changing? USCIS received my RFE response on 12/29 and since then LUD changed everyday including today. Based on what I read on this forum, people get their approval when the LUD "silent" for a while? Am I right?

I don't want to discourage you but, It may or may not be.

In your case, it might, as you have replied the RFE.
So, hang in there and pray. ;)

just for the sake of your peace of mind try not to think that way. sometimes it is true and sometimes its not. I am having that Syndrome and it hurts. my LUD stoped on 1/3/05 and scince then I am waiting and waiting so good luck

some folks are telling me it will take days some are saying weeks and some are saying months so I guess its all depends on the officer who has your file and your luck as well.
 
crystal....It just takes a minute to check status...u will do it whether or not u have work or not!!Atleast thats the casewith me...
