Is it true that they are giving 3 yr EADs?

I didn't believe, but some folks around here were mentioning that now USCIS is issuing EAD with 3 year validity. is it true? if so no need to worry every year of renewing its such a pain in the rear.

Hard to believe. USCIS would not kill its biggest cash cow just for helping poor immmigrant.

Not yet. 3 yr EADs are a part of the proposals in the SKIL Bill, whihc is expected to be reintroduced in this session of the Congress.
