I work for company X and I filed for my Labor Petition from South Dakota from company Y in Jan 2004. As of Sep 15 the dates for the State processing says Current and Federal says 08/2004. But my employer(from company Y) told me that the dates shown are not the actual dates for the IT cases. For IT cases they are far behind. Is it TRUE ?? or is he just fooling me ?? Could someone please advise me what should I do and How to get the status of my Case ??
