Is it too soon for an Infopass?

Hi

I had my AOS interview last month (April) 130 approved pending background check. The officer mentioned that it should take 2-6 weeks for the process to complete (assuming things going well). its 5 weeks now and no update (LUD on the website was April)

Is it too soon to schedule an Infopass to check on status?

Its never too soon for an Infopass, but most likely you'll just be told that they're still waiting for FBI namecheck to clear. For some people it takes years.

Coyne. I would schedule a appt. What's the the most they can say.Atleast u will know what's up.
