Is it that EB3 people will get approval even if PD is not current.

Hello,
 My category is EB3 india
 PD 02/1999
 RD 08/28/1999
 ND 09/21/1999
 FP done 01/2001

Will i get my approval notice even if my PD is not current or do i have to wait till PD becomes current. I belive right now PD for EB3 is 05/1997. Any help would be appreciated.

You are NOT SUPPOSED to get your approval while your PD is not current. However, there seems to have been stray instances where cases have been approved while PDs were not current....
