Hi,
We have submitted our N-400 application in June 2016, fingerprinted in July 2016 . My wife had the interview already and scheduled for Oath on Jan 23, 2017. My case has no updates since July 2016. Called couple of times to service desk of USCIS and they could not say anything else other than "the case is still in process".
Does anyone have any idea how long would be the time, or any other way of contacting or knowing the status of my case? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
