If you meet the requirements of using AC21, you should not be worried at
ALL. Make sure that your I140 is approved, your I485 petition is atleast 180 days old, your new job title is either the same or better than your current
job, job responsibilities in the new job is either similar or better etc.
Keep the paystubs, letter of experience from your current company, and
on top of all, consult a good attorney to keep the paperwork straight.
One of my friends - without not much of homework - used AC21 and moved on to another job. He moved to a new job sometime during 2003 and by Aug 2004 he got his GC approval with NO interview. He was lucky.
One case is and cannot be a good sample but at the same time, it is worth the risk taking as the law permits you to do so as long as you fullful all the requirements.
Good luck
