Is it RFE letter is lost?

Is it possible the RFE letter is lost?

The online status says there is a RFE issued on Nov 24. But until now it is not received. Is it possible it is lost? How do I find out? How should I fix this? Thank you.

I probably am in the same situation as u are. Both spouse and self got an RFE on 23rd Nov from TSC and attorney hasnt received it as yet. I know that my attorney has changed his address and probably has not informed INS about the change. I could tell that as the finger print notice he sent me also had his old address. So ensure your attorney has not done any such thing. Also in some cases RFE's were issued but nor received and after several enquiries the cases were approved without sending the RFE's. So keep us posted on your details.

Thanks for the reply. Actually my attorney has changed his address as well. I am not sure if he has informed INS about the change. I will check it out and keep you posted.
 
Hi,

Just ensure you are behind their back and get your RFE. I am doing so too. The attorney dissmissed the fact that the reason was his change of address. So let me know how it goes.

Just while I was writing you a reply earlier, the attorney office received the RFE. It is about employment verification.
It is delayed either by the change of address, or Thanksgiving holiday. Hope things go well with you.
