Hi all,

Is it required to print the second page of the DS-156 or Affidavit Support form 134 , on the back side of the first page ?

Please advice me

Hey,

It is necessary to print DS-156 back to back...www.immihelp.com says that they (consulates) wont accept forms printed on different pages. Also check the size. In India, it is A4, i think.

Not sure about i-134 though. for mine, I didnt have a back to back printer...so printed separate and then too a back to back xerox...that works...
