Is it required to inform about the job change??

Hello,

Is it mandetory to inform USCIS about the job change after 1 1/2 years after filing I-485 and I-140 is already approved.

I really appreciate your help?

I saw your post that you filed the AC21 yourself, Can you please explain that what documents/forms you sent to VSC?

Did your AC21 filing triggered approval or FP2. Our FPs expired on 6/14/04 and there is no movement in the file. Our RD is 12/9/02 and ND is 1/29/03.

1. Your cover letter (original)
2. Employment letter from your company (original)
3. Copies of Employment Offer letter
4. Copy of I485 receipt
5. Copy of the current EAD
6. Copies of Pay Stubs for the past 6 months
7. Copy of AC21 memo (if you think it is required...i did anyway)

- No. Actually it is the other way. The FP2 notice triggerred my decision to file AC21.. :D :) :D just kidding.
I recvd the FP2 notice in the same month my previous FP was expiring. Thinking that i may get approval soon, i decided to file AC21. - This happened in April 04.
