Is it really March 2004 140/485 cases processed ?

I recently moved to Bay Area from Huston, Texas. My new employer offered a substiture Labor. I just saw the USCIS processing times and amazed

Is CSC really approving the 140/485 cases that were filed just 10 months ago ? Can guys please confirm ?

Yes ..my 485 RD is June 17 2004.
I got the approval email on Dec 17 2004 and got the stamping done on ec 27 2004.

according to immigrationwatch.com, a lot of people applied in september 2004 got approvals
