I applied for NIW as a physician on 10/05 and my I 140 got approved on 03/06 ( NSC ). Now I got my PERM approval , can I use my NIW I 140 and 485 for this perm or I have to apply for new 140 & 485 ? I was never been on J1 and not from retrogessed country.

do you have a lawyer, it looks like this is a basic thing you have to know, if your NIW is approved not retrogressed progress to 485 based on approved 140 NIW,

Now you have perm approved, nobody can stop you applying 485 and 140 separately, but why do you want to spend money on uscis, i do not understand,

i am not a lawyer, consult one if you donot have
