Is it possible to move in same company but other office after LC is done?

I will highly appreciate if you can help me with this matter. I am presently working in xyz company in a city in PA through which I have filed for my GC process. Last month I got the 45 day Letter which has been send forward for further processing. After this process is done when is the Labor Certification cleared approximately. Also I have another question. I have been offered to join at the Corporate office of the same xyz company which is located at other city but same state,PA. Is it possible for me to move at that office,it being the same company after my Labor Certification gets cleared or what is the other option.
 
I don't have any comment on 45-day letter.

Regarding moving/changing position/location within company: As long as employer is willing to relocate you back after GC approval for the sponsored position (at LC location), you should be fine.
