or can one apply for I-485 fresh in another SC??
My RD is Sep 2001,and I dont think NSC will approve till Dec 2001,and due to work-related problems,I am considering moving the application to California SC,or applying fresh I-485..my lawyer is a bitch,so I dont think she can help,and I have decided to do it myself this time (my I-140 was approved for CP,even though I had not asked for it so)
