Is it possible to get the 485 approved in 8 /10 months or less at VSC ?

I see approvals on Sep/Oct cases in Aug,since VSC sometimes moves 2-3 months forward sometimes I was wondering if they might come to 01 cases soon

VSC moving 3 months forward is a gimmick.
Cases are processed randomly ..
While Jan 2000 guys are still waiting , Oct 2000
guys are approved !
