Priority Date: Dec 2003
H1 remaining period: only 6 months
Category: EB-3
CP Status: Submitted DS 230 on Jan 17th 2005 and waiting for interview call
I am in the 6th year of my H1 and am waiting for the CP interview call applied through the current employer. Now I got a very nice offer from another company and I really want to take that offer. Is it ok to change employers at this stage. Can I get H-1 extensions through my previous company.
