Is it possible to get H1 AND F2 stamped in same trip to India

The title may sound crankish, but the situation is...
I am in India since 4 months and WANT to fly back to USA on 28th Jan with my husband (who is on F1 visa)
My H1 to H1 transfer was recently rejected.
I have already appealed providing requested/necessary evidence.
Due to time constraints and low chances of winning the appeal soon, I plan to get F2 stamped on my passport.
I understand that if I ENTER USA on F2, then my H1 will be cancelled.
So my question is...
If I do win the appeal, is it possible/advisable to get H1 stamped - just few days after getting F2 stamped - before I leave on 28th?

Is it absolutely necessary to indicate on visa form that my H1 transfer was rejected?
Can I expect any problems at port of entry
Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Rather not....

I may not be of much help, but certainly different visa back to back is "SERIOUS QUESTIONNABLE INTENTION". Not advised unless u have irrefutable logical reasoning. Better to come on any 1 valid visa and then either try a status change during the validity period or try CAN / MEX for diff visa stamping.
