I had my citizenship interview couple of weeks back at Charlotte North Carolina. Officer didn't make any decision. I am little bit worried about deportation.
I gave my Deferred Prosecution agreement and volunteer disposition paper (both original and copy) to INS officer during the N400 interview. I don't have any more copy with me. Is it possible to to get those paper (at least copy) from INS officer so that I can show those to my Immigration attorney.
I met with couple of Immigration attorney and they were saying my application will be denied for sure because I didn't wait for 5 years required statutory period. As far as "deportation proceeding" it's totally depend on what I have signed on Deferred Prosecution agreement.
I don't have that paper with me any more and won't be able to get it from court because all documents are sealed now.
