Is it possible to get approved (I-485) without an RFE?

Never got any RFE's regarding I-485

Current Status says

Current Status:

On May 26, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

I am trying to find out whether RFE is a sure thing to happen fore I-485 approval or has anyone gotten the Approval without getting an RFE?

Luck

If you are lucky enough you may not get any RFE. Chances are good after the new rule. But every case is different. So cross your finger.

There have been few approvals reported on this Forum without RFE, But what triggers not to send RFE or send RFE is totally a mystery. It is difficult to predict something in this regard.
