Is it possible to get a copy of the extension granted in 1995, 1996 and 1997?

Dear all,

I've been looking forward to travelling to the States so as to visit friends but also to take advantage of the TESOL Conventions which take place over there since I am a language teacher.

I was stolen and lost my passport with visa and extension granted in the years 1995, 1996 and 1997 when I asked the Immigration and Naturalization Service.

I have been told in the American Embassy here in Lima, Peru, I should get a copy of those documents so as to be granted a visa now. The first time I was given it was for 10 years, from 1995 to 2005.

Look forward to getting some help in this matter.
