Is it possible to file I 140 on 2 labors

hi guys,
My labor was filed under eb2 2003. MeanWhile I got substitute labor from same employer eb3 2002 and I 140 got cleared. My Question is Can i file I-140 again if my eb2 labor got cleared ? Please suggestions needed.

Yes you can file 2 diff i-140 for same person with 2 diff labour. I did the same few days back. - No problems.

I have a related questions. I have 2 pending I-140 applications, one is filed using sub labor with PD March2003, one is not a sub but it has a PD Nov2005. I am in the EB3 ROW category. In case the PD becomes current, is it more advantegous to file I-485 using one I-140 over the other?
I guess my question really is, once the PD becomes current, does the PD of your labor affects how fast your I-485 is processed?
