I have applied for EAD extension which was approved in 10 days, but the card that I have received has error. So I sent the card to USCIS for correction. It has been around a month, still I am getting the repy that they have not received the same.
I am going to india on vacation for a month. So is it ok if I file a new EAD application refrencing the EAD card that I have received with Errors.
Just curious as it might be possible that USCIS receives the correction letter also at the same time.
Gurus pl. help as its urgent ?
