I have a question regarding Green Card(GC).
Say I applied for GC from company A and got Labour
Certification form it. Due to some reasons, when I was
about to file for I-140, I left company A and joined
company B. Now in company B, to proceed to GC on RIR,
it has advetised for the position and got a local
candidate who qualifies for the position. Now my
company says they can not proceed to file Labour
Certification as per law. Is it possible to proceed GC
processing by filing I-140 in the previous company A,
by joining them again? Any other issues/problems
related to this?
