is it possible to change ead to F1 again???? gurus plz help!

I came here at F1 visa. Then during my pratical tranning I got job. My employer applied I 140 in June 03 2002. It is still pending then on Sept I applied I 485 and EAD. I got EAD. I was in status till I got EAD as F1 ( under pratical tranning).

Once I got EAD i am working in a same company. It has been close to year now. But my I 140 hasnot approved yet.

Is it possible for me to change my visa to F1 if my I 140 get denied.
What will be my options!!!

You cannot do that. F1 being non-immigrant visa you have shown the intension of immigration now again you cannot say i have non-immigrant intension.
