My current position is a consultant at a software company. I am planning to apply a job in the development which somehow is similar to my current position. But the job title is "Software Product Expert". Does this move void my I-140 application? My I-140 application is filed for a technical consultant. Please help. Thank you in advance.
Is it possible to change a job within the same employer after I-140 is filed?
