Is it possible for someone on H4 visa status to apply for the EB1A category?

I am currently on H4EAD through my husband’s H1B Visa.
I am currently employed at a startup company where I have contributed to publications,
obtained a patent, and participated in evaluating the work of others.
Is it possible for me to apply for a green card under the EB1A category while I am on H4 status?

No, you cannot. The criteria is very high and you will be denied even though you have patent in this field.
The VO officer will say your patent does not significantly impact the field and your loss $3200 is in one shot.
