I have quick questions which I was unclear about....
(1)Is it true that many times USCIS opens our files and decides to approve 140 and 485 at the same time or same day? (2) Or is it a different department that approves 140 and a different one that approves 485? (3) Is 140 a requirement for 485 to be approved?
