Is it posible to reschedule Biometrics?

My friend recived an appointment for Bio 3 on Feb 7 but he is in Europe right now. Is it possible to schedule the appointment. Please share if u have any experince. Also it would be helpul if you have a phone number or email that he could use to reschedule. His appointment is in Newark, NJ.

In the bottom of the BIO notification there is a section where you can reschedule the appointment but my advice is to do it on time.

Your friend does not have reschedule for BIO appointment. Assuming that the forms the USCIS sends for BIO are standardized across the United States, there is a section on the notice where it sets specific date and after that if you miss you can go for walk in and do it. I think it is every Wednesday. So read the notice careful. Normally, USCIS do not let scheduled appointments in advance, bu if you miss scheduled appointment you just present the appointment letter and walk in they would do it..........So it is good to do it on time, if you can't make it do it the following Wednesday or whatever date it says on the paper.....Good luck
