After waiting since 7/31/2003 for my I-140/I-485, and i got an RFE in 9/04 on I-140(Ability to Pay) and it's now almost two months since i submitted my response. Is it a good idea to approach Congressman to find the status of my case? Yesterday spoke to my attorney's office and they say don't make too
many enquiries as there is chance it might piss the officers at USCIS. They were quoting about a I-485 denial they got recently for no valid reason to prove their point. What do you say guys?
