Is it ok to send in 485 without medical?

I read from somewhere that it is fine to send in 485 without medical exam and
will get a RFE later on. Anyone knows if it is true?
 
I filed my 485 without enclosing any medical records. However, it may be better to send it when you file 485 to prevent additional RFE overhead.

Now my attorney says, if we didn't submit the medical, CIS would ask for it. But, he never mentioned it in the list of documents to be submitted when I filed my 485 which I believe would be his job though.

Yeah, my lawyer said so. We will be asked for medical by a letter. Don't worry too much. I didn't submit medical with I485 also. I think w2 and other tax forms may also be submitted later, pls check your lawyer to make sure. BUt medical exam is for sure can be submitted later.
