Is it OK to quit the job right after getting green card

I am sorry I do not understand your question.
If you want to know whether it is ok to quit right after getting your GC, I would advise against it. The employer always retains the right to cancel your GC if you do so, though I haven\'t heard many of them actually do this. Also, if at all you intend to apply for citizenship on a later day, this might be a black mark on your immigration record in this country.
If your question is whether it is ok to change jobs after 180 days of filing your I-485, I would suggest you talk to an immigration attorney. The caveat in tne new law is that you need to move to a new job in which you have the same profile as the previous one, and you may need to work with your attorney to be able to establish this
