Folks,
My h1b 7th year extension will be filed between march 9th and 19th because of the 365 day condition for 7th year. My wife's h4 also expires march 19th , but can I apply her h4 extension without my receipt number for h1b just in case to avoid the illegal status, and then when they ask for additional documentation, i will send my h1b filing receipt . Pls advise
