Is it OK to apply both H1 visa stamp and AP? I have to go back to my home country to apply H4 for my family. The consular is very... Friends warned that if this consular wanted to do something, he might revoke one\'s H1 visa since he already rejected my family twice unreasonably and insisted I go back to apply for them. He might want to get me back and stop me from coming back too. Does any one have any idea whether a consular has the authority to revoke one\'s H1 visa or AP applied here? Any one heard the law that it is not legal to reject H4 visa since 1994 and where to find it? Thanks.
