Is it ok if no W2 is available for RFE

Gurus,
I have the following for my RFE (AC21 case).

1. EVL.
2. Payslips.
3. Annual Report from the company.

I do not have W2 for 2004 yet. Has anyone submitted similiar documents for RFE (without 2004 W2) ?

What does they ask in your RFE?
If it is I-485 then why do you want to submit company's annual reports ? Is it asked?
If you do not have W2 for 2004. It should be OK Since you have not received one

Is you I-140 is approved? Your signature does not have that.

I-140 approved

I-140 approved in 2001. But I applied I-485 in Jan 2003 only.
