i don\'t think it would be a problem

I came to US earlier and my wife is going to come once she gets her tickets confirmed. Did not mention following to join in the application. But if you check ur wife\'s visa packet, there will be a stamp saying " Accompanying or Following to Join ... ". So it should not be a problem.
