is it ok for my wife to change her last name before interview?

I was about to ask this in my other post but i think their different scenarios plus im sure more people are concerned with this question.

my wife is thinking about changing her last name and adopt mine, I applied for GC with i130 485 and 765 two months back.

she has to wait until i get the temporary green card

Who is filing for who?

If she is a citizen who is filing for you, it's OK to change her name before the interview. Just remember sure to tell the interviewer.
