Friends,
I am a USC. I am filing for parents green card. I filed I-130 and I 485 for both parents concurrently. I got I797 Notice of Action for I-130 and I-485 with notice date as of December 29, 2006. However, when I try to set up online tracking profile, it says that the case does not exist? It is normal?
Could you let me know how long it takes for case to show up online from the notice date?

It's very possible that your file had not been entered into the online system yet, check back later, they tend to update it once a month.

Hi:

I also just want to add that it may NEVER show up on the system. I know of several people who have had their GCs for several months and who still have no trace of their applications on the online system.
