Is it normal?

Hi, my lawyer sent to Chicago my adjustment of status package, the 485-I. This was back in Sepember 28, I recieved my BIO App. for Oct. 14, but after that i've recieved no interview letter, or nothing. I'd like to know if this is normal or if something might be going on. They haven't requested more evidence. So is it normal that it takes this long?

It has just been a month and a half since you filed.
It would be not normal if you already received the interview letter.
Just be patient.
Also, some district offices are slower than others.

You've got some time to go. Look at my timeline as an example. Some people are waiting 6+ months with no interview.
