Is it normal?

I have sent all of my paperwork to PO box in Chicago over 5 weeks ago, and still have not heard from them (no receipt number, nothing at all).

Everyone on here seems to get a response withing a couples of weeks. Is it normal for my paperwork to not get a respnse? Should I worry? What should I do?

Did your checks cashed? Sometimes it takes awhile for them to get to your file, but they usually respond within 30 days and your receipts should arrive shortly after your checks cashed.

I am doing my filing through an attorney. I dont think the check they sent has been cashed yet.
